OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY LAW NO. 6698
In the Personal Data Protection Authority Law No. 6698 (Personal Data Protection Authority referred to as ”KVKK".) To the personal data owners defined as the ”relevant person“ (referred to as the ”Applicant".) The following rights have been recognized within the scope of the 11th article of the KVKK:
You can exercise these rights with the following methods and forms.

According to the KVKK’s 13th article and 2d paragraph, your applications submitted by us will be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically accroding to the KVKK’s 13th article provision.

CLARIFICATION TEXT OF THE RELEVANT PERSON APPLICATION FORM WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY LAW NO. 6698
This application form has been prepared to determine your relationship with our Company in order to evaluate and finalize your application, to respond to the requests contained in your application, to identify your personal data as the relevant person and to respond to your relevant application correctly and within the legal time limit.
Our company reserves the right to request additional information and documents for the determination of identity and authorization within the scope of the application and for the evaluation of the application.
It is necessary that the information and documents related to your requests submitted within the scope of your application are transmitted by an authorized person and must be accurate and up-to-date. In case an unauthorized application is made and it is determined that the information is not accurate and up-to-date, our Company will not take responsibility, and in this case, our Company reserves the right to reject the application.
The information and documents specified in this form and transmitted to us will be processed by our Company limited to the purposes of evaluating, responding and finalizing the application made in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.
The information obtained within the scope of this form and application may be collected in written, oral and electronic media or in physical environment. In accordance with the examination conducted within this scope, relevant information may be shared with the company and it’s subsidiaries and third parties and companies that have received services, such as a lawyer's office, a consulting company, in order to finalize this application. Law No. 6698, 11th article. You can exercise your rights contained in the article in the procedures and conditions specified in this form.
