The "Clarification Text" has been prepared for the supplier, supplier employees/officials, the person receiving the product or service, the employee / officials of the person receiving the product or service, and visitors whose personal data we process.
As EUROSAN HAVALI KÖRÜK SİSTEMLERİ SAN.TİC.A.Ş. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your related rights within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Authority (in Turkish Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu. Hereinafter KVKK.) numbered 6698.
I- Data Controller
The Company with the website www.airspringsbook.com and located at the adress Minarelicavush, NOSAB, Willow Cd. No:14, 16220 Nilufer/Bursa. We operate and process your personal data consisting of physical space security, legal transaction, communication, identity, professional experience and customer transaction data as data controller within the scope of KVKK.
II-For What Purpose the Personal Data Will be Processed
Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of conducting finance and accounting affairs, ensuring physical space security, tracking and conducting legal affairs, conducting communication activities, conducting occupational health/safety activities, conducting logistics activities, conducting goods/service purchase processes, conducting goods/service sales processes, conducting contract processes and providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations.
III- To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred
Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations; with our suppliers consisting of lawyers, accounting offices and customs consultancy firms for the purpose of purchasing / selling goods and services, conducting communication, logistics, finance and accounting affairs, tracking legal affairs.
IV-Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is subject to Article 5 and 6 of the KVKK: the fulfillment of the legal obligations specified in the articles, the provision of the laws, the signing of the contract and the legitimate interests of the data controller are obtained verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods based on their legal reasons.
In this context, phone calls, face-to-face communication, contract signing, invoice arrangement, etc. are processed by non-automatic methods; by automatic methods through the camera recording system and email transmission located in common areas and work areas.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the V-KVKK.
Within the scope of KVKK's 11th article, by filling in all the information specified in the Application Form for your requests related to your rights under the heading “Rights of the relevant person”. According to KVKK's 11, 13 articles, in accordance with the 1 paragraph and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller;
a-) By personally coming to our company headquarters at "Minareliçavuş, NOSAB, Söğüt Cd No:14, 16220 Nilufer/Bursa”,
b-) In order to be able to identify your identity and not to provide information to the wrong people, by sending a registered letter in writing to our headquarters address through a notary or with a refund,
c-) By using the electronic mail address notified to our company and registered in our systems info@airsprings.com.tr, you can forward it by sending an e-mail to the address or by other methods determined by the KVKK in the future.
Your requests contained in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
